3. Why we process personal data

We process personal data only for lawful and service-connected purposes, including account creation, onboarding review, authentication, subscription management, support, fraud prevention, security monitoring, legal compliance, and product improvement.

Where consent is required, we rely on your consent. In other situations, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, meet contractual expectations, comply with law, protect rights, or support legitimate and proportionate business operations.

4

4. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

CashyNest uses essential technical mechanisms such as cookies, browser storage, and security tokens to maintain sessions, protect forms, remember limited interface state, and support safe use of the product.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or non-essential cookies in the future, this notice and the cookie notice linked in the footer will be updated before those tools are used in a materially different way.

5

5. Sharing and third-party recipients

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data only with service providers, infrastructure vendors, payment processors, communication providers, professional advisers, auditors, or authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

  • Hosting, storage, observability, email delivery, and security vendors.
  • Payment partners such as Stripe or Razorpay for subscription operations.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorized bodies when required by law or legal process.
  • Successors or transaction counterparties in a merger, financing, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
6

6. Cross-border processing and storage

CashyNest may use infrastructure or service providers located in or outside India. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical measures to protect the data and to keep the transfer tied to legitimate service delivery or compliance purposes.

7

7. Security and retention

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we aim to use access controls, encryption where appropriate, auditability, and process discipline proportionate to the service.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business continuity, for audit and fraud-prevention needs, and for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

8

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, erasure of data that is no longer required, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis of processing, or details of grievance escalation.

If you hold an account through a business customer, some requests may need to be routed through the workspace owner or administrator so we can respect that customer relationship and the customer’s instructions to us.

9

9. Children and sensitive data expectations

CashyNest is designed for business use and is not intended for children. Do not intentionally submit children’s data or special categories of data unless its processing is strictly necessary, lawful, and appropriately authorized.

Please avoid using support forms or free-text fields to send unnecessary government identifiers, card data, health data, or other sensitive information.

10

10. Privacy contact and grievance route

Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, and grievance notices may be sent to support@cashynest.com. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request that affects account security or personal data rights.

For customer complaints relating to service quality, refund handling, or website conduct, please use the grievance page linked in the footer so the matter can be routed and tracked properly.
